- Prof. G. Sethu - Holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Chennai and a Doctorate in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He has over twenty-eight years of experience in administration, research, consultancy and teaching. He is a professor at the Indian Institute of Capital Markets. He has served as a member of Indian Administrative Service and was a faculty member in finance at XLRI, Jamshedpur for five years.
- Walter (Buddy) Baker - Has over 25 years of experience in international trade finance. His work experience includes senior roles at Atradius Trade Credit Insurance and ABN AMRO Bank. Buddy is a recognized expert in trade finance and has made numerous presentations for national associations of exporters, importers, bankers, and lawyers.
- S.L. (Sam) Srinivasulu - A specialist consultant and trainer in Asset Liability Management and Risk management for leading banks and financial institutions worldwide and an IIM Ahmedabad alumni; S.L. (Sam) Srinivasulu, is the key force behind KESDEE. He has presented several in-house and public training programs - across the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Australia and Asia - to senior financial executives during the past 25 years. He successfully completed a five-year project with the U.S. Federal Reserve System to provide executive development programs to senior regulators, policy makers and examiners.

- Mahboob Mahmood - Formerly a partner at the international law firm of Sidley & Austin, Mahboob spent 11 years handling corporate finance transactions in the firm’s New York office, before establishing the firm's Singapore office in 1997 and managing it through its successful start-up period. Mahboob has broad industry experience and has been lead counsel for many complex transactions in the high-tech, financial services, media, utilities and transportation sectors. He has worked with major clients in implementing their business strategies in the United States and many countries of Asia and has handled a number of privatization assignments for The World Bank in Asia and the Middle East. Mahboob received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1986, his M.A. in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University in 1987 and B.A. in Politics from Princeton University in 1981. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1987. Mahboob presently also serves as Adjunct Faculty of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD where he teaches Social Entrepreneurship. Mahboob is a citizen of the United States of America and was previously a citizen of Pakistan.
