Six Sigma is a popular management tool used to reduce waste in the value stream and identify defective products, overproduction, unnecessary processing, unnecessary transport of goods, waiting, and designing goods and services that don't meet customer's needs.
To jumpstart your adoption of Six Sigma, look to our three interactive online courses, each tailored to a specific group of users.
Our courses are ideal for companies that are rolling out Six Sigma programs and need to train large numbers of staff. You can also use them to reduce classroom training time and focus on valuable discussion and practice instead.
If you are rolling out Six Sigma in your company, contact us to see which of these courses are right for you. We'll give you a free trial of the courses, and information on licensing options for multiple delegates.
